Primary Responsibilities:

• Treat and manage cardiology patients (75% outpatient, 25% inpatient)
• Perform history and physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Develop, implement, and adjust care plans
• Co-manage medical and surgical conditions
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other health professionals
• Follow ethical principles and maintain professional accountability

Inpatient Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments
• Participate in rounding and collaborate with attending teams
• Perform inpatient consultations and stress testing
• Coordinate care transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualifications:

• Required: APRN or PA-C licensure in Washington, national certification, DEA, basic computer proficiency
• Preferred: Experience in cardiology, primary care, or inpatient medical specialties, familiarity with EPIC EMR
