Position Description
The Providence Brain & Spine Institute is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner for its Cognitive/Dementia program, part of the largest and most comprehensive neurosciences program in the region. This position will work with a team of physicians and navigators to deliver comprehensive care in an active outpatient clinical practice and with a dynamic patient and family caregiver support program. Duties for this role will include management of patients in the outpatient clinic. Though neurological and/or geriatric experience is preferred, motivated candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. This full-time position is located at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package in Portland, Oregon.

The Institute specializes in stroke and acute rehab, neurosurgical and orthopedic care, and treatment of MS, dementia, ALS and epilepsy. Partnered with the broader Providence Medical Group, caregivers work directly with providers to identify clinical trials appropriate for a patient’s specific type and stage of disease to help improve health and quality of life.
